Sales Associate (Budtender) - Full Time - Florida

The goal of a Sales Associate is to provide excellent customer service by focusing on education, awareness, and client solutions. Responsibilities include greeting, assisting, and providing information and services to customers; verifying customer ID and cannabis card status; dispensing medication and collecting payment via POS or approved methods; maintaining online pick-up orders; establishing positive customer relationships by assessing needs and providing timely information; working with the Dispensary Manager to identify event opportunities; planning and coordinating events including communication, logistics, marketing, and materials organization; supporting marketing and sales efforts to meet goals.
