Initial Thoughts
With a fun looking pack and a sweet aroma this batch of Donut Runtz from DC i-71 storefront dispensary, MASC, is ready to help you get your weekend of relaxation started. It's got frosty trichomes galore, which helped indicate it's potency to me right out of the pack, and I guess the only question left is: will you have enough donuts on hand to satisfy your munchies? 🍩🤤
Appearance
Bright green with blaze orange pistils and a frosty layer of white trichomes.

Sweet and gassy with hints of tart fruit.
Flavor
Super funky, yet sweet and with hints of fuel and berries.
Lineage
It's unclear what makes the "Donut" in Donut Runtz, but we're thinking it might just be a particular Runtz pheno that happened to elicit a uniquely sweet flavor profile. The Runtz strain, of course, is a select cross of Gelato and Zkittlez that runs balanced in terms of effects.
Effects
This batch, similar to the Runtz mentioned above, was quite balanced in effects. However, the initial uplifting rush at onset can lead some to believe it has some sativa traits in the mix. Either way we found it uplifting and full of euphoria, but also relaxing and with a body buzz that makes you feel like you're taking all the weight off your back. Potent and long in duration, it's excellent to roll up right before afternoon pool time - inflatable donut float optional, but encouraged.
Conclusion
This is an exotic batch of designer Runtz with a uniquely delectable flavor and effects that are balanced to slightly uplifting in nature. I'm not sure that it truly reminds me much of a donut, though, except for the sweetness on the palate and the fact that it could be the icing on top of a great weekend.
