Inc.™ acquired Maricann Inc., including its 100-acre cultivation campus
designed to support up to 1.1 million square feet of cultivation capacity.
The acquisition includes a 350,000-square-foot hybrid greenhouse that has
been engineered to EU-GMP standards and is currently undergoing EU-GMP
re-certification.
