The role involves greeting and checking in patients, verifying their status, and reporting allotment details in the POS system; providing education on medical cannabis uses and products, and assisting with selection in a compliant, efficient manner; processing orders and payments accurately using POS software; operating, maintaining, and closing the cash till, including reconciling and depositing daily earnings; supporting other departments like administration and packaging when needed; maintaining a clean, welcoming environment; and assisting management with operational needs.
