Job Description:
We are a DC cannabis review site that is rapidly growing. As a part of our new growth initiative we are helping our vendor clients find and hire candidates for key positions. This description is for a Maryland Medical Marijuana dispensary that is looking for responsible, experienced budtenders and team leaders to help lead and manage customer service and fulfillment in a retail setting. Please see additional details below:

Responsibilities:

• Help lead and manage a team to serve customers optimally.

• Use customer service skills to create a great customer experience.

• Operate and navigate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.

• Inform customers about new products and services.

• Complete logs and report to business stakeholders.

• Set team schedules.

Skills:

• Proven background in a relevant customer service role with some leadership experience.

• Experience with and knowledge of cannabis (previous work in the industry is required).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Excellent team building skills.
