Deep Roots Harvest Appoints Jace Goodrow Vice President of Growth

*MESQUITE, Nevada* — Deep Roots Harvest and The Source appointed Jace
Goodrow Vice President of Growth. In this role, Goodrow will be responsible
for driving revenue expansion, deepening customer engagement and advancing
the long-term strategic initiatives of Deep Roots Harvest and The Source.
Goodrow will reside in Las Vegas and report to Chief Operating Officer Jon
Marshall.

Goodrow possesses a background in retail, spanning consumer fashion,
high-end luxury, and the cannabis industry. Over the course of his career,
Goodrow has held leadership roles with global fashion brands including
Guess and True Religion Brand Jeans, where he worked as a District Manager
across Southern California and Las Vegas. In the luxury sector, Goodrow led
growth as a Regional Director with Seaside Luxe and Boutiques Director for
Christian Dior Couture. Goodrow first brought his skills to the cannabis
industry in 2018 as a Regional Director for MedMen, where he was promoted
to Vice President of Retail. Most recently, he worked as Vice President of
Retail for Ayr Wellness Inc.
