Nabis Acquires Humble Cannabis Solutions’ California Assets

*SAN FRANCISCO* — Nabis acquired select assets of Humble Cannabis
Solutions, a distributor operating in California. The acquisition expands
Nabis’ operational footprint and capacity across NorCal, Central Coast, and
SoCal regions.

The acquisition and financing add approximately $13 million in assets to
Nabis’ balance sheet, according to the company, including a $4-million
strategic capital investment from Humble Cannabis Solutions, $4 million in
distribution assets to be integrated into Nabis’ California operations, and
$5 million in debt financing. Nabis will integrate existing brand partners
into the Nabis Marketplace.
