Job Description
The Floriculture Associate performs manual labor to assist in the maintenance, upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing medicinal cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, pruning, propagating, transplanting, cleaning, and harvesting. The ideal candidate will embrace a mindset of Extreme Ownership, taking full responsibility for their contributions and driving positive outcomes. The Grower will be responsible for assisting in daily activities as they pertain to maintaining the health of medical cannabis plants.
Responsibilities
Prior commercial agricultural experience in greenhouse/nursery; Knowledge of controlled greenhouse environments; Follow protocols/learn new skills; Detail oriented; Effective time management/multi-task; Work in cohesive team; Knowledge of Maryland/Missouri DHSS regulations preferred; Strong math skills; High school Diploma or GED; 2+ years greenhouse/nursery/horticultural experience or equivalent; Must be 21 years old; Comply with Maryland fingerprinting/FBI Background Check.
