This strain is best suited for low-energy activities and serves as an ideal night-cap due to its profound sedative properties and ability to induce deep, restful sleep. Its therapeutic profile makes it highly effective for managing chronic pain, muscle spasms, and severe insomnia. The nuggets are often accented by thin, fiery orange hairs and a generous coating of milky white trichomes, giving the plant a sticky, resinous texture. Aroma The scent of Dozer is pungent and earthy. Users often report a base of damp soil and musk, complemented by sharp notes of spicy pine and a subtle, skunky undertone that becomes more pronounced when the buds are broken apart. Seed Suppliers Finding authentic Dozer seeds can be challenging due to its niche status. Potential sources for similar genetics or Dozer crosses include specialized boutiques like Seed City, Strainly, or local clones from West Coast dispensaries. Conclusion Dozer is an ideal night-cap strain for experienced consumers seeking relief from physical ailments or a restless mind. Its intense physical relaxation and classic earthy profile make it a staple for those who prioritize potency and sleep-inducing qualities. Previous Next
- Can High-End Living Soil Methods Actually Go Big? Eli Buffalo Breaks Down the Hurdles of KNF for Massive Operations | Toker's Guide
Moon Valley Cannabis founder Eli Buffalo discusses living soil, Korean Natural Farming, and the challenges of scaling his business in a candid interview. < Back Can High-End Living Soil Methods Actually Go Big? Eli Buffalo Breaks Down the Hurdles of KNF for Massive Operations May 12, 2026 Source: Staff Cannabis Business Times Article Link Facebook X (Twitter) WhatsApp LinkedIn Pinterest Copy link If you have ever cracked open a jar and been nearly overwhelmed by a wave of pure, funky terpenes, you might have experienced the handiwork of Moon Valley Cannabis. This Sonoma-based outfit has been making serious waves lately, and it’s all thanks to their commitment to a very specific, old-school-meets-new-science approach. In a recent sit-down, founder Eli Buffalo broke down exactly how they manage to produce such high-caliber flower and why it’s so difficult for the big corporate grows to replicate. The secret sauce at Moon Valley is "living soil." Instead of using sterile mediums and bottled nutrients, Eli and his team foster a thriving ecosystem of beneficial bacteria and fungi right in the dirt. This biological synergy allows the plants to express their full genetic potential, resulting in the kind of intense aromas and flavors that make your eyes water in the best way possible. They also utilize Korean Natural Farming (KNF) techniques, which focus on creating indigenous microorganism inputs and ferments to keep the garden healthy and vibrant without harsh chemicals. So, why doesn't every commercial grow do this? As Eli explains, it’s all about the "scary" factor of scaling. Maintaining a delicate biological balance is much harder across thousands of square feet than it is in a small boutique space. Most massive facilities prefer the predictability of synthetic salts, even if it means sacrificing that legendary "entourage effect" we all look for. For us everyday enthusiasts, this news is a win because it proves that sustainable, earth-friendly practices aren't just for the hobbyist—they are the key to the next level of premium cannabis. When you’re at the dispensary, keep an eye out for brands that mention "living soil" or "regenerative" practices. It’s a great tip for finding flower that hits harder and tastes better. Supporting growers like Eli ensures the industry stays rooted in quality rather than just quantity. It’s an exciting time to be a fan of the plant! < Previous Next > Recent Reviews Cookies & Alt Sol "Ridgeline Lantz" Strain Review - Takoma Wellness Center Ridgeline Lantz, cultivated by Alt Sol and currently available at Takoma Wellness Center, exudes an impressive pedigree. - More folks are sparking up cannabis than ever while tobacco smoking plummets to historic lows | Toker's Guide
A new Gallup poll shows a record-high 17 percent of U.S. adults smoke marijuana, while cigarette smoking dropped to an all-time low. < Back More folks are sparking up cannabis than ever while tobacco smoking plummets to historic lows Aug 24, 2026 Source: Tom Angell Marijuana Moment Article Link Facebook X (Twitter) WhatsApp LinkedIn Pinterest Copy link A major shift in American culture is underway, as fresh survey data reveals that adult cannabis consumption has reached unprecedented heights while traditional cigarette usage has plummeted to a record low. The latest Gallup findings indicate that seventeen percent of adults nationwide now enjoy flower, representing more than double the percentage recorded when tracking began back in 2013. Additionally, around fifteen percent of adults report enjoying edibles, highlighting how diversified modern consumption habits have become. In contrast, traditional tobacco smoking dropped to just eleven percent, with nicotine vapes and pouches trailing behind. This clear flip demonstrates how mainstream culture is embracing plant-based options over legacy habits like cigarettes and alcohol. Interestingly, demographics show that adults aged thirty to forty-nine lead the way in smoking flower, while women show a stronger preference for edibles than men. For the everyday consumer, these changing dynamics are great news. Higher adoption rates translate directly to better product selection, lower dispensary prices, and broader access to safe, tested options. As infused beverages and edibles gain traction, more people are finding tailored ways to unwind without the harsh side effects of tobacco or alcohol. Broad societal backing remains robust as well, with sixty-four percent of the population supporting complete nationwide legalization. Meanwhile, federal public health tracking offers further reassuring news: adolescent usage rates have actually decreased compared to pre-legalization levels. As normalization continues to spread, adults have more freedom than ever to explore quality products, find knowledgeable budtenders, and incorporate plant-based wellness into their routines on their own terms. < Previous Next > Recent Reviews Cookies & Alt Sol "Ridgeline Lantz" Strain Review - Takoma Wellness Center Ridgeline Lantz, cultivated by Alt Sol and currently available at Takoma Wellness Center, exudes an impressive pedigree. - Grove Bags Gets a Reality Check on Storage Claims While Keeping Some Wins | Toker's Guide
The National Advertising Division recommended that Grove Bags modify advertising claims for its TerpLoc cannabis storage products regarding humidity control and terpene preservation. While the division found a reasonable basis for some performance claims, it determined that specific humidity ranges and guaranteed outcomes require clearer disclosure of necessary use conditions. < Back Grove Bags Gets a Reality Check on Storage Claims While Keeping Some Wins May 14, 2026 Source: Mg Magazine Newswire MG Magazine Article Link Facebook X (Twitter) WhatsApp LinkedIn Pinterest Copy link We all know that heart-sinking feeling of opening a jar only to find your top-shelf flower has turned into brittle, flavorless dust. Proper storage is the holy grail of keeping your stash in prime condition, which is why so many enthusiasts have turned to specialized options like Grove Bags. Recently, these popular pouches were put under the microscope by the National Advertising Division (NAD) following a friendly bit of "brand beef" from a competitor, Calyx Containers. The verdict is actually pretty encouraging for the community. The NAD confirmed that Grove Bags’ TerpLoc technology isn't just marketing fluff; they found a solid basis for the claim that these bags work better than conventional jars or baggies for preserving those precious terpenes and cannabinoids. The tech functions like a high-tech "lung" (similar to advanced produce packaging) to create a stable environment for your herb. However, there is a catch: it’s not a magic trick. The regulators recommended that Grove Bags clarify their claims because those ideal results—like hitting that perfect 58-62% relative humidity sweet spot—are totally dependent on you following the instructions. You can't just toss in soaking wet buds or bone-dry shake and expect the bag to perform miracles. The NAD noted that the bags don't "guarantee" a universal outcome regardless of the starting moisture level, so the brand is updating its ads to be more transparent about the specific conditions needed for success. This is a win for the industry and for everyday consumers. It pushes brands to be more honest while validating that specialized storage really does help maintain potency and flavor. For those of you curing at home, remember that the bag is only one part of the equation. To keep your flower at peak freshness, make sure your buds are properly dried before they hit the bag, and always keep your sealed stash in a cool, dark place to prevent light degradation. When you combine good habits with the right tools, your last bowl will taste just as incredible as the first one. < Previous Next > Recent Reviews Cookies & Alt Sol "Ridgeline Lantz" Strain Review - Takoma Wellness Center Ridgeline Lantz, cultivated by Alt Sol and currently available at Takoma Wellness Center, exudes an impressive pedigree. Its complex terpene profile features myrcene, which provides an earthy base and strong sedative properties; limonene, which offers sharp citrus notes and mood-elevating effects; and pinene, which adds a forest aroma while helping to maintain mental clarity.
