Crunch Berries, also known as Crunchberry Kush, is an indica-dominant hybrid celebrated for its nostalgic, fruity profile and relaxing effects. Originally bred by the renowned Exotic Genetix, this strain has gained a loyal following for its unique combination of classic OG characteristics and sweet, dessert-like qualities.
Effects
Crunch Berries is an indica-dominant hybrid known for a well-balanced high that begins with a cerebral lift and a sense of happy euphoria, eventually transitioning into a warm, tingling body sensation that promotes deep relaxation without immediate sedation. This moderate energy profile makes it an excellent choice for managing stress, anxiety, and mild physical pain, as it eases muscle tension while maintaining a sense of bliss. The strain's terpene profile is led by myrcene, which contributes to its relaxing and sedative properties, followed by caryophyllene for potential anti-inflammatory benefits, limonene for a subtle citrus mood lift, and pinene to provide a crisp undertone that promotes mental clarity. Together, these elements make Crunch Berries a versatile "anytime" strain that effectively bridges the gap between old-school potency and modern, soothing effects.

Appearance
Crunch Berries produces dense, medium-sized forest green buds with deep purple hues. These colorful nuggets are adorned with thin orange pistils and a heavy coating of frosty white trichomes, giving them a shimmering, sugary appearance reminiscent of the cereal that shares its name.
Aroma
The scent is famously pungent and sweet. It opens with a burst of tart blueberries and mixed berries, which is quickly followed by a heavy, gassy diesel undertone. When broken apart, the buds release a spicy, earthy aroma typical of its OG lineage.
Flavor
The flavor is a delightful mirror of its scent. On the inhale, users experience a smooth, creamy berry taste that feels like a bowl of fruity cereal. The exhale introduces a sharp, herbal spice and a classic piney OG finish that lingers on the palate.
Lineage
This cultivar is a cross between the legendary DJ Short Blueberry and a male Triple OG. This pairing successfully blends the sweet, fruit-forward genetics of one of the world's most famous indicas with the potent, gassy backbone of a heavy-hitting OG Kush variety.
