Overview
Serious Kush is an expertly crafted hybrid developed by Serious Seeds to enhance the classic OG Kush profile. By crossing their legendary White Russian with an authentic OG Kush clone, they created a strain that retains the signature potency of a Kush while significantly boosting resin production and harvest weight.
Effects
Serious Kush is a powerful indica-dominant hybrid renowned for its "put-you-to-bed" high, delivering a potent body stone that is ideal for low-energy activities and nighttime use. It starts with a relaxing cerebral calm that quickly transitions into deep, couch-locking sedation, making it highly effective for those dealing with insomnia, chronic pain, and high levels of stress. The strain’s complex effects are driven by a terpene profile led by myrcene, which provides its signature earthy aroma and sedative properties; caryophyllene, which adds a spicy note and offers significant physical relaxation and anti-inflammatory benefits; and limonene, which contributes a hint of citrus while elevating the mood to balance the heavy physical effects. Combined, these characteristics make Serious Kush a top-tier choice for users seeking a reliable, heavy-hitting strain to end their day and drift off to sleep.

Appearance
The buds of Serious Kush are typically dense and heavy, displaying a deep forest green hue and vibrant orange pistils. Inheriting qualities from White Russian, the flowers are completely coated in a thick, snowy layer of trichomes that make the buds feel exceptionally sticky to the touch.
Aroma
This strain carries a pungent and unmistakable scent. It is dominated by a heavy, fuel-like gassiness and rich, damp earth, often accompanied by subtle spicy undertones that become more pronounced when the buds are broken apart.
Flavor
The taste profile is robust and traditional. On the inhale, users experience a strong, gassy earthiness followed by a complex mix of spicy herbs and a lingering woody sweetness on the exhale.
Lineage
Serious Kush is a genetic cross between the world-famous White Russian (AK-47 x White Widow) and a high-quality OG Kush clone. This pairing blends stable Dutch genetics with the sought-after potency of California Kush varieties.
