Appearance A light sandy color that gets paler on the edges. Looks smooth with the occasional grittiness. Structure Scoop-able, dab-able and the perfect consistency for rosin. Status Fresh and wet from the terpenes. Aroma Upon opening the container, the sour skunky smell instantly shot into my nostrils. Flavor The sour diesel taste is enough to leave your tastebuds dancing. This pulls heavily from its Sour Dubb parent, and leaves an enjoyable and familiar taste in your mouth. Lineage This phenotype of Gorilla Glue was bred by crossing three strains: Chem's Sister, Sour Dubb, and Chocolate Diesel. A sativa, hybrid and sativa, respectively, these genes create a mega tasty terpene profile with lots of Myrcene and Limonene - both over 2% here. Effects My biggest complaint about this strain is that I don’t want to get up off the couch for more snacks. It left me relaxed, but also super snacky. I found myself going back and forth between the pantry grabbing something salty to mix with some of the candy I received as a stocking stuffer. It hit me hard, even after smoking flower most of the day. My favorite part about the effects is that the head high matches the body high, leaving everything in a state of relaxation, but without much drowsiness. Conclusion I feel like I have to check my schedule to make sure I’m free before I take a dab of this Gorilla Glue. It removes any chance of making your day productive since you'll be so busy relaxing and snacking. After some of my recent pick-ups from GLeaf I’m excited to see what they produce throughout 2023.
