Grandma's Pie, always a treat to toke upon, is some currently available designer flower from DC i-71 storefront House of Herbs. Very similar to Grandma's Batch, but with a bit more of a fruit forward stance in the "pie", this one runs roughly 50/50 on the indica/sativa ratio. The aroma is what will first grab ahold of a connoisseur's attention - there's a whole lot of skunk influence in this pie, and now it's influencing seemingly every particle of air in my office.
Peering down into the bag - probably (now) with giddy delight - your anticipation will be rewarded as you're greeted by a slathering of healthy white trichomes and numerous flecks of lavender strewn across a sea of minty green. As you grasp a nug, it will invariably stick given the freshness retained, but also the newness of this harvest.
Upon inhale note the skunkyness rolls into savory cookie-esque notes and then finally, on exhale, the berry flavor comes out just as a head rush hits what feels like your frontal lobe. Pro tip: Sip some cold water upon both inhale and exhale and the flavors, especially the fruity ones, will become even more pronounced.
