Initial Thoughts
With one of the most unique flavors I've encountered recently, this Zoap Cream Pie from DC cannabis dispensary, Peace In The Air, is one to let your tastebuds experience this weekend. It's also somewhat like getting a cream pie in the face when you take your first hit of it. This is because of the dumb-founding, potent effects, of course. 🤤
Appearance
Bright green and fluffy buds with orange hairs and white trichomes throughout.
Status
Curing, but the aroma is still very fresh. Note that it was quite brittle and delicate, but this might just be characteristic of a new crossbreed not yet selected for robustness.
Aroma
Like cream and lavender soap mixed together.
Flavor
Creamy and tart with hints of pine and earth. Very unique and striking in the joint. Also has sort of a spicy aftertaste.
Lineage
This is Zoap crossed with Cream Pie and it runs slightly indica dominant.
Effects
A cerebral rush occurs upon first exhale and the astounding scent will seem to permeate every bodily orifice. Next a mighty body buzz will rush up from the floor, through your legs, and somehow expand to all your appendages. Eventually, you'll achieve a light, limber, and mellow place of tranquil bliss. Quite spacey and certainly not good for productivity, this is one to chillax with during the evenings.
Conclusion
If you're looking for something new and from the other side of your taste rainbow, along with a spacey indica high, this is a great choice. Just don't expect to accomplish anything of high complexity with the intoxicating and psychedelic effects it can bring. To experience it for yourself just head to Peace In The Air today and don't forget to tell them you heard about it on Toker's Guide!
