Initial Thoughts

As we move boldly into the realm of medical cultivation licenses for the "little guys" here in Washington DC, we're seeing more and local craft cultivators come out of the woodwork. One prime example of this growing group is DC craft cannabis cultivator, Bloomingdale Organic. Their gorgeous small batch harvests are as potent as they are eye-popping. Just take this Daisy's Breath for example. With its freshness, heavy layers of starry and white trichomes, and hand-trimmed fluffiness, it's clear this was impeccably grown right here - and we love that. ❤️

Fluffy and light green with white and starry trichomes.

Fresh, but just beginning to cure.

The aroma is sweet and floral at first, but when you squeeze or break up the buds an intense gassy, sour, and bready aroma emerges that has notes of Chem and coffee grounds.

Exotically delicious with a rich gassy flavor and notes of buttercream, coffee, and fresh cut floral arrangements.

The Daisy's Breath strain is a Bloomingdale Organic bred cross of In House Genetics' Trichopath (Platinum X Jelly Breath) and Chemistry #1 (HeadBanger OG X MotorBreath 15). It runs indica dominant.

Comparable to a balanced 50/50 high, at first, this Daisy's Breath is alarmingly potent cerebrally at on-set. My mind was awash in swirling thoughts, many philosophical in nature, for about the first 5 to 10 minutes at which point the tingles of a calming body high begin to overtake all motor-functions. Overall, the buzz is a psychedelic joyride of sorts that eventually left me vegetating comfortably on my couch with a huge grin on my face. Save this one for evenings or afternoons when you have nothing important to accomplish.

This Daisy's Breath specimen is a delightfully powerful showcase of local DC cultivation talent in the works. The quality is worthy of the most discerning connoisseur's palate and visually it's capable of impressing in any social circle. To get your hands on some just hit up Bloomingdale Organic today to see where their latest batch is available around town. Don't forget to tell them Toker's Guide sent you!
