There's not a lot of info to go on with respect to the lineage of this Shocktane from DC recreational (i-71) delivery service, District Derp. One thing we do know is that it runs solidly on the indica side of the spectrum with a highly relaxing and totally euphoric buzz excellent for nighttime use.
Another thing we know is it's highly pungent. So pungent, in fact, that you may be a bit "shocked" by its aroma at first. We're not sure if that's how it got its name, but I'd say it's a pretty safe bet. With a robust skunky and pine filled nose it's much like a fine OG Kush. We recommend rolling it up to get the full immersion into this flavor profile - one that pairs excellently with a summer porch at night and a frosty cold IPA.
Note that the trichome coverage is remarkable here with the buds smattered in a mix of frostiness and hyper-white. Some parts of the smaller buds are almost entirely white at the time of writing this and the current status of its cure is perfect for accentuating the flavor in my opinion. Of course, it's also in a great place to roll it up and have a loooong, smoooth toke. FYI that's probably how you'll be talking after partaking in her splendor - with a little too much drawing out of the vowel sounds because everything seems to have slooowed dooown a few notches.
