Initial Thoughts
Truffles are a delicacy and are instantly thought of as high caliber in the culinary world. There are few fungi that beat them in terms of flavor and delectability. This stands true in the cannabis world as well and, for me, there are few that best the White Truffle cultivar. These spear-shaped buds are dense and primarily green with a heavy layer of frosty trichomes in every crevice.

Mild skunk and lemon notes right out of the pack with a funky, stanky, cheese-like aroma when broken up.
Flavor
There are levels to the flavor of this batch. It starts out as a buttery smooth skunky taste, but with each hit it became a bit more peppery with more and more notes of sour fruit. Exquisitely delicious the whole way through is how I would describe it overall.
Lineage
The White Truffle strain is a backcross phenotype of Gorilla Butter that leans indica dominant at around 70/30. In other words, it's a cross of Peanut Butter Breath and Gorilla Glue #4 that was then crossed with another Gorilla Butter pheno.
Effects
As I smoked my joint, time itself seemed to slow down, allowing me to savor each sensation, each thought, and each inhale. Giggles bubbled up from within, carrying with them an infectious light heartedness that brought a joyful bliss to the experience. The munchies, a quintessential quality of cannabis, beckoned me to embark on multiple journeys to my pantry. The world outside retreated, and not much seemed to bother me. Best for late afternoon or evening when you have nothing important to do.
Conclusion
In the same way that indulging in a rare truffle is a cherished experience, White Truffle promises a journey that is as memorable as it is exceptional.
